About Trevon Barnes

I am a video producer with a passion for drone technology and storytelling. I have been building and racing drones for over 10 years, and I have the ability to fly large and small drones for almost any purpose you could imagine. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Urban Studies/Affairs from University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where I learned about the social, economic, and environmental aspects of urban planning and development.

How did I choose Tigers.i ?

I am a proud citizen of the Choctaw Nation, and a descendant of the Muscogee (Creek) and Seminole Nations. My middle name, Cacha, is the phonetic spelling of the Muscogee word for Tiger, (Kaccv) (Katch-uh) my mother's maiden and family name. My business name is a combination of my family, the tigers-eye stone, and a nod to technology with the lowercase "i." My tagline, “an eye for excellence” is because I have a passion for filming masters of their craft.

Most recently (2020-2022), I worked as a pilot and trainer at BRINC, an American Drone company that develops innovative solutions for public safety and security. I was responsible for testing, operating, and demonstrating the drones to potential customers and partners, as well as training new pilots and technicians. I used my skills in communication, direct sales, and video editing to showcase the features and benefits of the drones, and to create engaging and informative content for the company's website. I enjoyed working with a diverse and talented team to make a positive impact on the world.

Since then, I have dived full-time into working with a variety of industries to create cinematic content that drives engagement and sells experiences.
